McCASLIN ASSOCIATES found viable new solutions, fitting the renovated building into the urban landscape, while giving it a unique presence. McCASLIN ASSOCIATES provided the City with a conceptual estimate to support their planing effort: not only did the project come in right on budget, but it was also completed in time for the scheduled opening ceremonies. This project became a touchstone to the community of Grand Prairie for all new renovation projects in this city.

Grand Prarie Municipal Court

Adaptive Reuse

McCASLIN ASSOCIATES designed a landmark building for the City of Grand Prairie. The City acquired a structure built in the early 1960s to house their municipal courts.

Reshaping both interior and exterior, McCASLIN ASSOCIATES added a bold new entry and grand palatial interior spaces while still meeting the City’s strenous practical requirements.
